Orders ship from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard US shipping takes 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times do not include weekends or US public holidays.

We offer FREE standard shipping for all US orders over $79. For orders under $79, flat shipping rates will be shown during checkout.

Once your package ships, we will send an email with your tracking number and tracking link. Please check your spam folder if you cannot locate the shipping email.

Order cancellation or modification is only allowed within 24 hours after purchase, before your item is shipped. Please email support@betaez.com with your order number for assistance.

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available.

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must remain unused and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrives defective. Read full rules on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

All BetaEZ smart devices come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering factory defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage or unauthorized disassembly.
