Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all tags and labels attached
- Not damaged or altered in any way that would affect resale value
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@betaez.com within the 30-day return window
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back to the address provided, including your RMA number on the package
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in shipping):
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs
If the return is for any other reason (changed mind, wrong size, no longer needed):
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us at support@betaez.com. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
