Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status at any time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address Issues

Return & Refused Package

If a package is refused upon delivery, the buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping fees and related charges.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory shortages.
